CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
2023-2024 season pass conditions
The season operating schedule is for reference purposes only. It is not guaranteed and is subject to change at any time by Mount Edouard.
The station may change its season pass prices at any time without prior notice.
Transfer of season passes is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with this rule will result in immediate termination of the season pass with no right of refund or recourse on the part of the holder.
Special memberships (children, students, seniors) must present a supporting document. (health insurance card, student card, birth certificate)
People benefiting from the family rate must live at the same address.
Permanent or secondary residents of L'Anse-Saint-Jean must present proof of residence (municipal tax account, telephone service provider account or Hyro-Québec account) in order to benefit from several advantages at the station.
It is the subscriber's responsibility to ensure that "resident" discounts are applied.
NO REFUNDS of season passes will be made, except for the following reasons
(1) In case of illness or accident, upon presentation of medical evidence only, a refund may be granted only if the injuries are permanent.
All season pass holders agree to fully respect the rules of conduct of the ski area as well as the regulations set forth by the Régie de la sécurité dans les sports.
The season pass remains the property of Mont Edouard Ski Resort and may be confiscated by authorized resort personnel. The season pass holder recognizes that there are inherent dangers in the use of the lifts and accepts full responsibility for the risks involved. The season pass holder also assumes responsibility for any damages resulting from the failure to comply with the rules and safety instructions in effect, and releases and exonerates Mont Edouard Resort for any damages related to its failures. In the event of a claim, the laws of Quebec will apply.
In case of loss or theft of the season pass, the member must immediately notify the Resort. A fee of $5.00 + taxes will be charged for a replacement season pass.
No locker reservation will be made without payment. The season pass holder must remove his lock at the end of each season, otherwise we will have to remove the lock. If you wish to keep your locker priority for next year, you must pay for it at the same time as the season pass purchase during the spring presale.
Wearing a helmet is strongly recommended. It is mandatory in the snow park and freeride.
Mini-skis (snowblades) must have automatic release bindings.
All cards issued are subject to the terms and conditions of this contract and may be revoked at the request of Mont Edouard Resort.
Any false declaration will result in the cancellation of the registration without refund.
The money from the season pass presale will be deposited in a trust account until the official start of the 2023-2024 season, a date to be determined by Mother Nature.
The spring pre-sale ends on May 7, 2023.
